zanussi washing machine wjs 1465w fill ok but wont wash?

the washing fill ok but the drum wont spin,can adjust the program setting & it drains ok but the drum does not move...any idea's?????

motor brushes worn out.remove them and if they are less than 10mm in length on the carbon part they need replacing with new ones.
