hello our canon photocopier ir 2016 got showed a system error E007 after power went off while it was photocopying. when power returned it had a paper jam which we removed but couldnt photocopy instead got another paper jam that was also removed.
it later showed a system error E007. which according to the operation mannual ir 2016/ir 2020 recomends swtching off for 10 seconds that failed to work,please help.Dr charles.

hello for error e-007 you mast clean the sensor of web of heater or the mark on the web of the heater . with the best luck....goodbye
