How far have you got?
The whole unit come apart quite nicely, undo the screws on the body, pull the dust nozzle out, remove the screws from the sanding bed. Prize the two plastic halves open and the whole motor assembly is lose. The top circuit board has the brushes.
Thats as far as I am, now I need to know what size the brushes are supposed to be in order to order spares but it looks like they just slide back into the housings on the circuit board.
