Where can I get a replacement drive spindle rubber ?

I used my Parkside PBS 600 A1 belt sander for the first time recently and the sand belt split and chewed up the rubber friction sleeve on the drive axle. Where can I get a replacement rubber sleeve please.

I used mountain bike inner tube, cut to size and stretched over the drive shaft. Get it to size using 2 or 3 such sleeves, one over the other.
