i usually leave my heating on half way on the tempurature dial, but the radiators are boiling hot so it seems like the boiler thermostat isnt working??????
a engineer came and swapped the thermistor and has swapped pcb but still same, dont know if this has anything to do with it but the boiler is making abit of a noise as if abit of air is running around the system??
any experts out there who can help me.

Try turning down the domestic hot water temperature control, is it regulating on that?. If so could be your hot water microswitch is kaput, much cheaper and easier to replace than a thermistor and PCB :-\

(What happens: Boiler thinks there is permanent domestic hot water demand, but three port valve routes it round the radiators, another clue is that the radiators stay on in summer mode, they should only come on in winter mode).
