dyson washing machine?

hi everyone i have a dyson washing maching,when you put it on a wash it does wash for about ten minutes but then stops,on the screen it says fault f13,does anybody know wot this mean,if anyone can help i would be grateful

Fault F 13 means that the water heating element is not working. Give Dyson a ring - they have a flat call out and fix fee for around £90 I think, and that covers all items.
