scrambled channels?

when i try to get sky 1,home n health and fiver,,it comes up scrambled channel???....all the rest are fine..any ideas.im on 5a01-telewest in scotland

take a note of the frquency for any scrambled channels. Delete the scrambled ones. Do a manual scan on the frequency & it will find it. Your new scanned channels appear at the end of your lfull channel list. Just edit & move it.
