samsung fridge freezer rs21dcns?

water tank keeps freezing up and no water is getting to the ice cube tray.any ideas?

I have samsung fridge freezer rs21dcns and the ice cube are forming into a large block rather than single cubes and tend to jam the ice maker up all the time. I have been told that there is a code to enter to reduce the water input??? can you give me any help. Regards Andy.
