My Hoover is only 9mnths old, it is a numatic Henry. I put the loss of power down to my wife vacuuming fire ashes and overfilling the bag, would this be the cause.

The suction seems to have dropped and the motor doesn't sound right.

Hopefully it can be fixed, any ideas appreciated.
