is my camera ixus60 broken?

not used for a long while (lost charger & battery).
put a battery in from another ixus60. Nothing at all....is it broken? How can I test?

battery is ok. I just feel that the cam is ok too. Im missing something....is there another test I can make?

Put battery back into other camera - if it works then the battery is good - put known-good battery into suspect camera - if it doesn't work then suspect camera is vey probably broken.
