I have a GQ laptop that I bought from Fry's Electronics?

I have a GQ (Great Quality) laptop that I bought from Fry's Electronics about 3 years ago and all of a sudden it lost power and wont work anymore. I have replaced the battery and the internal battery, but it still wont power up. Can anyone tell me what the problem might be?

It might be the mother board.I have a great quality labtop & mine would not power on .I relized the battery was not snaped in right. If the battery is not snaped in right it wont power on even if u have it pluged in.Mine is working fine now.But I went out and bought a lenovo laptop at Frys same place I bought the GQ.ITs built in wireless & for the price Im very happy.IF you check all that and it still dont work then its probley the mother board.Thats what frys Tec help told me.
