change washer/O-ring/ceramic valve?

I have leak at the top of tap fitting on our a ceramic monobloc mixer tap.
It works by lifting (tilting back) a handle on the top and turning the handle to either the left or right.

How do I dismantle the top to change washer/O-ring/ ceramic valve?

Any advice will be much appreciated.

I have unscrewed the round handle and removed a small grub screw hidden inside behind the handle, but still very very difficult to remove the TOP which sits on swivel ball type (does it require some upward brute force or is there something holdng it down?)

Either there should be screw at the back or it should come out at one possition in line of wall ar at some point and pull upwards.
