what is wrong with transmision/torq-conv on my Jcb 3cx 2 wheel dr.1981?

I`m not getting any forward/reverse drive when operating forward/reverse lever in all gears[4].This problem occured quite suddenly after some 'clucth slip' in 3rd and 4th gear.
