jaguar 24ktvj combi boiler?

when trying to get hot tap water boiler cuts out f3 = heat exchanger blocked . removed pump ,internal casing at impellor broken parts missing, renewed pump cleaned heat exchanger and pipework.
switch on get heating but no hot water at taps ! boiler locks out f3 ?

have you checked the microswitch? put a multimeter to it and see if there is a current?
