I have an ONN 20" LCD TV. TV frozen?

My dog sat on the remote and the TV is now completely frozen. Got a picture but no sound and the word MATURE in red across top of screen. No buttons on remote work although remote is registering. No buttons on TV work either can only switch off at plug socket. Can anyone help please.

Yes pip/pop button works.

Asda told me to press and hold the Pip/Pop button. I held it for a few mins and it works fine.

If anyone can help me with the product code for the TV that would be really helpful.

I can't answer the question but I do have a question relating to the tv- I got it as a hand me down and nobody seems to know and I don't have a manual- is it digital ready?

I have exactly the same problem with my Onn 20 inch LCD TV. Phoned Asda they said press the PP/Cancel button three times when the TV is on, but it does not fix it, but maybe you could try this you never know. Have arranged engineer call out now.
