Hoover Easy Logic 1600 Washing machine

Programmes 16-29 have stopped working. The machine makes the normal noises with the solenoids appearing to switch but no water appears. I have reseated connector
to no avail. Programmes 1-15 work OK. Any suggestions as to what might be the problem would be appreciated.
