When opening the door the microwave Fan & turntable starts before any buttons are pushed. Settings and cooking work as usual. After micro stops, if you open the door to get the food out the fan & turntable starts again. The door must be closed for it to stop.
I have the same issue, it seems to be the switch on the lower door latch thats the problem. I still use it as is, the magnatron doesnt function untill the door is shut so not to worry.
