The washing machine runs but does not complete its wash cycle. If we move it to the rinse area so it should drain, it completes the remaining wash cycle then stops to drain, but nothing happens.

unplug electric power ,disconect drain pipe to outsde sourse.lower open end of pipe and drain into bowls until maching is empty . open door, take off wire from rubber seal , take rubber off front panel unscrew three screws from bottom of panel .take off front of pump , unscrew two screws lift up and take off front panel ,place to one side.dont disturb wires on right disconnect hoses and wireingfrom pump open up pump look for blockage .bra wire , sock etc reasemble
