How can I fix my Thorn Multiwave microwave oven?

When I close the oven door the fan and light are on as if the door is open. When I press the cook button nothing happens. The top door switch has a metal spring clip attached so when I press it in it clicks. the bottom switch has no visable clip, when I took out the bottom switch it clicks when pressed and there is some slight damage as if something was attached to it, but I can`t be sure if there was a metal clip attached. There is a another switch which seems to be connected to the top switch. Does there need to be a metal clip attached to the bottom switch or am I missing something?

I have problems with my Multiwave too(it simply has gone dead).
Does anyone know where I can buy a service manual, please?

Looks like you need to check door microswitches, there should be 3 . Change all 3 and check the fuse near the door mech at bottom.
