The headset logo on my 6230 is always on. The phone seems to think that there's a headset plugged in but there isn't. Therefore i can't hear anyone speaking cos the phone is trying to channel the sound to a headset that isn't there? Help!!!
Check there are no bits of headset plug stuck in the socket. Check that your phone is not set to 'Headset' profile but to something like 'General'. Finally try going to 'Restore Factory Settings'
