how do you set the favorites button on a simpson encore 555

Instructions are written inside the lid. If they have worn away this is what to do.
1. Press power on switch (1st row of lights will be flashing)
2. Press advance button once. FC will appear on the screen (for favourite cycle)
3. Set all favourite settings.e.g. water temp. water level etc.
4. Finally press favourite button to lock settings into memory.
