How do I remove the cover of my energysaver 50 boiler. The british gas engineer who came out to service it couldnt get it off. I've tried too without success

A GAS ENGINEER COULDN'T GET THE COVER OFF.....Dosn't that bother you?

Get on to British Gas and ask for an EXPERIENCED ENGINEER

If the Cover won't come off then the boiler should have been shut down, as an inspection would not have been possible.
