mondeo heater blower switch faulty?

The blower only works on speed 4 so aircon very noisy. Can anyone explain why? Thanks

Agre with NC - unless you have climate - these are different

almost certainly not the switch, most likely is the resistor pack they have a habbit of burning out and then the fan will only work on setting 4
