What to do with error message F-01?

I have a WF740P Hotpoint Washing Machine, had it less then 2 months and am getting error message F-01. Has anyone else had this problem, if so what is the cause of this, I only use my machine once a week!!

I've got the same problem!

Apparently it's something to do with a motor fault or a fault with related components to the motor.

By the looks of things we'll have to call out engineers.
