We bought this tv second without the remote so we bought a universal remote.we can tune in analogue channels .we can find the digital chanels about 30 in total but the screen asks us to save the channels but the remote nor the tv buttons allow us to save .is there something easy to do or do we have to send off to jvc for a new remote or instructions
