How to fix my delta sewing machine MD11871?

my machine needle is not picking the thread from the bobbin case properly , how can i fix it?

Hello Asma,
If your machine has a two piece body with the seam going all round the machine you will have a problem, the machine needs retiming and unless you can get to the bottom of the machine it will mean a shop repair.
