how do I alter the temp control on my mistral plus?

Have no manual for Hotpoint mistral plus frost free freezer, please can you tell me what the tempretures should be and how do i change them

If you can get the Model no. you can read/download a manual from the Hotpoint site.I have a Mistral Plus f/free and model no. is behind salad/fruit draws on the back wall of the fridge.
