how do i fix my tv?

i have a 32'' plasma tv and there is no picture there is sound but no picture the make is technosonic

An item bought new should be "fit for purpose" i.e. it should not stop working within a very short time of use. Refer to goods and services if the broken down item has failed out of warranty. It may be a lengthy process but worth it in the long run. Innitial complaint should be made to the place of purchase. Taking out extended warranties should not be a necessity. Check out your nearest Citizens Advice Bureau for more.
