Glow-worm ultimate 50FF?

Hi, we have just arrived back from holiday where the hot water/central heating system was switched off for one week.

Upon our return we put hot water on at the control panel we found that the boiler would not ignite the pilot light and is now just clicking away, there is a spark but it will not fire up. This also happend when we tried the heating so we have neither. Is there a blockage somewhere?, we have tried to look for a red reset button but don't seem to have this on our model? Glow-worm Ultimate 50FF. Any ideas would be appreciated.

the reset on the front red next to the dial u turn the heating up n down. do u have gas on? if not the gas valve might of stuck. wise to call someone in or if u feel confident u could slightly tap the valve whilst its sparking as it sounds stuck if not with a multi meter make sure u have voltage at the valve this will rule out any pcb fault. if your have voltage then the gas valve will need replacing..
