I have got a candy aquaviva 1300 washer dryer, it goes through the wash cycle fine and goes through the drying cycle but does not dry the clothes!!! HELP.

I have a Candy Washer Dryer and after six months I had the same problem. The repair guy cleaned out the condensing outlet which was full of wet fluff. He said it was due to washing new towels!!! The same thing happened again (out of warranty now) and I cleaned it out myself. It looks like its something I am going to have to do about twice a year.
