The plastic clips on my vertical blinds are broken and need to be replaced. How do I do it?

You can buy the replacement pieces at Home Depot in the drapery/blind section!

you would need to strip the blind down and buy runners,you need special tools to do this job.it would be easier to take to a blind shop and get them to replace what you need,they should`nt charge you much to do this,
