Where can I get velux blind cord from?

My velux blind cord is about to snap. The blind is 16 years old but other than that it's in a great condition but velux say that it's too old to repair. Does anyone know where I can get some new cord from? Can't seem to find any anywhere.
It's a DLK model blind and CO4 window.
