The fabric softner is not being taken down from the centre compartment of the drawer leaving it in place at the end of the washing cycle.

We had a similar problem with our bosch washing machine. If you pull out the tray (it does need a bit of a tug) look at the top of the opening and you will see a hole that the water shoots through.On our machine this was blocked up
