Reglazing glass into wooden windows?

This stuff is brilliant but a little more expensive than the regular linseed oil putty. Unlike regular putty it does not harden and brittle over time. Unlike putty it can be painted after 24hrs.

I have used this stuff and think it's a magical solution to solving window and rotten wood problems - I am not an agent.
