when i switch on the side lights the left side is dimmer than the right and the same with the rear lights how do i sort it chrsyler grand voyager 2.5l 2003 model

(1) the bulbs could be coming to the end of there service life, sometime turn black/silver inside the glass, light output then drops considerably.
(2)possible bad earth connections to light unit front/back clean the earth to body connections
