If I put it on ECO it runs for over 2 hrs in the wash cycle, same goes for the other programmes. Have to stop it and put on rinse to end cycle. Nightmare, costing me a fortune in electricity. Have tried the reset numerous times. It resents but does not compelte the programme, aaarrrgh. Any Clues??

I'm not an engineer, but a company called Kingfisher White Services Ltd specialise in Diplomat / Hygena systems. They have are listed on UKWhiteGoods website, if you check the repairs section they can check for an engineer in your local area. i believe they are only London based.
