pressurising glowworm 30 sxi?

i have a glowworn 30 sxi and have no pressure.ever time i try to top up the pressure it just goes out the overflow pipe to outside

it sounds like the pressure relief valve is open it is a small valve with a red or black head try turning it a couple of times if that doesn't work it will need replaceing.
