How do we stop our kitchen swivel tap leaking hot water?

The swivel/mixer tap we have in our kitchen is leaking. It is hot water only and so we think it may be a boiler/heating problem rather than the tap itself. It is leaking from the swivel part not where the water should be coming out!

Anyone have any ideas/heard of this before and know how we can fix it.

Thanks

the spout is sealed to the tap body by a couple of o rings u will need to take the spout out it will either be held in by a small screw at the back (might be under a cover) or turn the spout so it is at right angles to the sink ie over the top of the heads & wiggle it to get it out then replace the o rings
