What is wrong with my washer and how do I fix it?

I have a Bosch classixx 1000 front loader. It has stopped working apart from taking water in and expelling water when I choose the spin cycle. I think it's the drum but don't know how it's put together so can anyone give me the gen so that I can fix it myself?

if its 6 to 10 years old i would look at the carbon brushes in the motor worn out and wont work or a broken belt if your lucky.
