servis m3904 machine. i have water pouring out of the drawer . so took drawer out and its full of water under it on left hand side. tried to unblock no success. any suggestions.

hi - i am having difficulties with finding a pipe that fits between the drawer dispenser and drum.. apparently it has broken and need to replace.. please advise.. the make and model is cda ci 993

Water everywhere!! Aaargh!! Coming out of the Washing Machine drawer....

Finally found the problem. It was those little sheets for keeping clothes white. They had travelled the length of the outlet pipe and got stuck in the filter.

I opened the filter at the front lower right hand corner (Zanussi model), removed the offending blockage and hey, presto, one fixed washing maching, one very wet kitchen floor, one fed-up, stressed and exhausted lady.

Well at least I can get my washing done now, could have been a lot worse.

this is likely to be a blockage in the hose between soap drawer and outer tub/drum maybe soap powder build up....you could pour really hot water down the soap drawer or you can try to shove something gently down towards the blockage.alternatively unplug power to machine and take top lid off and locate the offending hose and squeeze it then pour hot water (caution hot) down the soap drawer

Obviously the rubber pipe between the soap dispenser drawer and the drum is blocked...pull the drawer out completely, find something thats flexible but not sharp (length of electrical flex maybe) and try to poke things clear. If no joy, the top has to come off the washer for better access to the hose.
