When it comes to reformating your mp3 player you can take the long way and call up the customer service or you can plug the MP3 player to your computer via the usb cable and go to my computer and click on your mp3 player and it should say something like
your player is not in format click here bla bla bla to reformat and this works depending on what type of computer you have but the other thing you can do is got to your window media player and go to tools and options and then properties and then to devices and click off the box that says something about heiarchy and then try the going to your computer to trick and it would tell you if you want to reformat but remember it depends on what computer you have(if you have a very slow computer or a crappy mp3 player it might not work at all) well hope that helps and good luck
