HOW CAN I REPLACE THE TIP OF THE STEM?

THE ROUND TIP ON THE STEM OF MY CHEAP WATCH IS GONE. IT IS WHAT YOU GRASP TO PULL OUT THE STEM TO MAKE TIME CHANGES. CAN THESE LITTLE TIPS (SHAPED LIKE A WHEEL) BE REPLACED? IT LOOKS AS THOUGH THE TIP COULD BE SCREWED BACK INTO THE STEM.

Yes - these are called crowns and you can find suppliers on the internet but you need to know sizes and dimensions.
