no steve the pull cord on my strimmer has not snapped what i said was the plastic part that the pull cord goes on to is broken and i dont know where to get this part can you help me please

i need the plastic part that the pull cord goes on every place i have tried said that they dont repair these strimmers because they cant get the parts
