i have a jcb petrol strimmer model no/itj001413po ?

it does not seem to start when you pull the pull cord , after opening up the part that holds the pull cord it seems that there is a broken part can i get this repaired or a replacement part

I have the same problem. There is only one block inside and no resistance when the cord is pulled so the block isn't catching. It was fine last time I used it so I cant work it out????
