I have an unlock code for my 1999 Renault Laguna CD/Radio player but don't know how to enter it!!! There are numbered buttons on the CD/Radio player from 1-6 yet there is a 9 in the code!!! Code was supplied with the vehicle when we purchased it second-hand - dealer has now disappeared!!! Battery had to be disconnected during work on the vehicle. Please someone help!

turn radio on, display is 0 0 0 0
turn thumbwheel on stalk by volume control until first digit is correct.
press button on bottom of stalk near volume controls, this moves to second digit.
repeat for all four digits.
N.B. On last digit press button for at least 2 seconds.
It should then work.
If you make an error 'CODE' will display. DO NOT TURN RADIO OFF
YOU MAY HAVE TO WAIT FROM 1 TO 32 MINUTES FOR ANOTHER ATTEMPT.
