When you start the machine all lights fast flash for 30 secounds then it starts normally. Then half way through the fast spin it sticks and all the lights fast flash and you can only stop it by switching it off at wall.
check the water pump for an obstruction, also it could be the brushes in the motor, more so if the washer as been used for a long period of time ie years
