I'm not familiar with your specific player, and it's not possible to provide specific advice without checking it, but this is general advice that can apply to any player.
1. First check/verify that there is power going into the player. Does the radio play normally? Check fuses to ensure they are not blown
2. Reset the player by completely by disconnecting from power for 20 secs then connecting again. Try the diferent controls again.
3. If it still doesn't respond, you'll need to remove it from the car, pull off the cover to expose the mechanical drive and circuit board connections. If you don't have any knowledge of electronics servicing or if you don't have suitable tools, it is best to seek help from an expert or you may do more damage.
4. Unplug each connector one by one, then plug it back in, ensuring it is fully seated. Most faults are caused by poor connections, and this process may impove a bad connection by cleaning the contacts. Spray inside the connectors with electrical contact cleaner.
5. Work the mechanical components with your fingers, applying gentle force to see if you can release/remove the disk or other jammed component.
6. Strategically apply small amounts of Inox MX3 high performance lubricant so as to minimize friction, on parts that require movement.
6. Carefully inspect the components for any sign of heat damage (browning). Replace any suspect components.
7. Check the solder side of the board for obviously poor solder connections, and resolder anything that looks suspicious (use fine tip soldering iron).
8. With the cover still off, set up a temporary power connection and again try to get the player to respond
