Hotpoint FDW70 has no power?

Our Hotpoint FDW70 has no power to the 'on' button in the front control panel, but is getting power to the door switch.

Is this caused by a broken control box (the white box at the bottom of the machine)? Does anyone know if a repair diagram is available for this dishwasher?

Thanks.

sorry forgot to mention that also the push buttons tend to break quite easily if there over depressed and shift so they dont make contact with the pcb, the only way to check is to strip the top of hte door down (i found i had to remove most of the screws inside the door to provide the flxibility for access) as with the pcb its relativly cheap to replace (mine was under a tenner) just be carefull because they break easily when there not in situ and the silly bit if plastic doesnt like if you try and bend it back.

hi, its more likley that if the little on/off button isnt working that the little pcb in the top of the door is not working (either damaged or disconected) its a bit of nusance to strip the front door out enough to acces it but once your there it should be easy enough to tell if its broken, just take a photo of the connectors befor you remove it or there little chance of getting it replaced properly.
