what wrong with my beko dwd8657s?

ok i dont know if anyone can help me, i bought the above dishwasher and ive had it plumbed in, followed all of the instructions, etc, but the program keeps stopping after only a minute, the water is going into the machine, theres no kinks, ive tried resetting it and still nothing.... am i going mad? is it something quite obvious? any help would be appreciated

Have you connected it to a stub on the sink waste pipes???.if you have make sure the blanking cap has been removed otherwise it will stop the machine because it can't drain.Such a common mistake people can make.

assuming its filled with water next thing its gets to do is possibly HEAT the cold water . Leave the machine turned on if nothing happens after about 20 minutes.will need to check the heater element for an open circuit
