I have a model mfc-8500 fax machine when I plug it in. it tells me that the pls open cover .the machine will not go back to the date and time the book said check to see if there is paper or something is jaming the machine . I check it and nothing is there. so what could be wrong with it.please let me know Thanks my name is Anthony
